Set back...

I'm in the process of updating my blog. 

I had a bit of a setback to designing and creating my cakes and cookies, due to a wrist injury that has put me on hold.

Thank you all for your thoughts and Prayers as they are much appreciated!

Birthday Bash!!

It was SO much fun to make these cakes for a very special birthday!

The first cake is a small 8in. round with a strawberry and buttercream filling. The fondant has a hint of cherry flavoring to go along with the decor theme of Cherry Blossoms.

 This next cake was such a fun project!  To design a leopard shoe on a shoebox.

Show is 100% edible, although I'm not sure anyone would want to eat this pure sugar.  It is made of fondant and gumpaste as are teh flowers and tags.

The cake inside is a simple buttercream and fresh strawberries.
