Unicorns and Rainbows

My middle little child had her 5th birthday.  How time goes by!

She is really loving the Unicorn Theme these days (thank you MLP and Rainbow Brite for this!)  She reminds me so much of myself as a child, absolutely loving these things!!!  So of course for her party it was UNICORNS and Rainbows oh and we can't forget the ice cream too ;)

These were favors for her party - Hand dipped sugar cones!

Rainbow jello - So so simple to make just a bit time consuming ;)

And because she had to have a candle to blow out we made some cupcakes too, minis but they did the trick!

It has been a while.

So it has been quite some time since I have posted and mostly because of my new beautiful addition to my family.. Paige Elizabeth is now 6 months old and since we are Finally falling into a routine I just may have some time on my hands to pick up where i left off and continue on my passion for making and creating tasty treats!  New photos coming soon...

Spaghettio's and Macaroni and Cheese Cakes

I must admit when I took on this challenge I wasn't quite sure of how it would go, but I think the end results came out really fun. 

These cakes were made for an Engagement party of all things.  Apparently the soon to be Husband and Wife LOVE and LIVE on Macaroni and Cheese and Spagettio's (particularly the meatball ones) so the Brides father thought it would be hilarious to have their cakes made in nothing better then what they love.

All in all these cakes were really fun and I hope the soon to be Bride and Groom love them as well! <3
