Take me out to the Ball Game...

This week I have had the pleasure of creating a 70th birthday cake and matching cookies for a serious
NEW YORK YANKEES fan.  This was a fun adventure (even if I did want to throw a METS symbol on there somewhere...being a mets fan myself..lol) 

This single 10inch cake was filled with Buttercream icing and fresh strawberries, covered in a marshmallow fondant.  Cookies were a vanilla sugar cookie with a vanilla royal icing on top.

Autumn is here!

What better then to cozy up on the couch with a cup of hot apple cider and some delicious Autumn cookies.  Bitty Bites are the perfect snack.  Perfect one-two bite goodies melt in your mouth.  Sugar cookies with a vanilla royal icing, hand-decorated to match the season.

Sugar and Spice and everything nice...that's what little girls are made of!

This past weekend, I had the pleasure of making this cake for a baby girl shower! 

Pink and Brown was the color scheme..

This cake was so much fun to make.

The bottom layer was a white chocolate cake filled with Bavarian cream and fresh strawberries

The top tier was also a white chocolate cake and was filled with buttercream and a red raspberry filling.

These cakes are made of roughly about 72 newborn diapers, ribbon, bows and flowers

Diaper cakes can come in any colors and topper that you wish.  They can also be personalized.
